   Perhaps identical with the "lane of Crepelgate" (q.v.).
   No further reference.
   2) West out of Golden Lane at No. 9 to Bridgewater Square (P.O. Directory). In Cripplegate Ward Without.
   Formed and first named 1893.
   The site was formerly occupied by Crown Court (O. and M. 1677).
