   West out of Foster Lane to St. Martin's le Grand, in Aldersgate Ward Within (O.S. 1880).
   First mention: Temp. Queen Elizabeth (Proc. in Chancery, II. 151).
   Now called Gresham Street (q.v.).
   Named after the church of St. Anne.
